It is my wish that, upon my death, my body shall neither be buried in the ground nor cremated, but instead be laid to rest in the open sea — in a coffin — in accordance with the legal and environmental regulations authorized by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of the United States of America, or any other country that permits ocean burial in a dignified and lawful manner.

The burial:

beyond 3 nautical miles from the coast!

Using a biodegradable coffin, weighted with some of my most precious sculptures to ensure a swift descent, in full compliance with environmental laws. The appropriate authorities must be notified, and all necessary permits obtained.

The ceremony shall be conducted in Grand Style — in Silence, or through a solemn ritual — opulent and rich with meaning.
